Vaughn Velocity V9 Youth Goalie Catcher

The Vaughn Velocity V9 YTH Goalie Catcher is aimed at the young goalie who wants a comfortable yet protective glove that’s easy to close right off the shelf. Vaughn uses a large single “T” design that gives it a quick, snappy feel. A lightweight mesh fingerstall construction allows for superior breathability and comfort. The V9 Youth uses neoprene lined internals in order to offer the best in breathable comfort along with the adjustable back hand strapping system that provides goalies with a comfortable fit. A segmented HD foam back hand provides good protection from all angles of the glove without losing flexibility. The V9 Youth features a one-piece cuff construction and a break angle that gives it a similar feel to a CCM 590 closure.

External Material
The V9 Youth catcher is made out of a durable synthetic leather featuring a sharp new graphic. Vaughn uses a mesh inner lining and finger stalls for better breathability, comfort and quick drying. The V9 Youth catcher features a segmented padded nylon backhand and HD foam pad over the back of the fingers. A moulded thumb and palm section increases protection while still allowing for easy closure.

Break Angle
The break angle of the V9 Youth catcher is designed to feel similar to that of a CCM 590 break. It uses a new more defined break point allowing for easier closure compared to the previous VE8.
